By using the Cellular Toy Shoppe website or purchasing from our store you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Purchases and warranties

Eligible phones include a complimentary 90-day limited warranty against covered defects under normal use, unless otherwise stated at the time of sale. Customers may also purchase an optional 12-month extended warranty at the time of the original phone purchase. Full coverage, exclusions, benefits, and claim steps are described on our Warranty & Protection page.

Both the 90-day and 12-month warranties follow the same policy. We either repair the defective phone or replace it with the same make, model, and storage capacity (GB). Colour may vary depending on availability. If the same phone is unavailable, we may offer a comparable phone of equivalent value with customer approval.

The extended warranty provides 12 months of total coverage from the original purchase date, including the first 90 days. Warranty repairs or replacements do not restart or extend the original warranty period, except where required by law.

Battery coverage: Verified battery defects are covered during the initial 90-day warranty, subject to inspection. Normal battery degradation is excluded. Battery repairs or replacements are not covered under the extended warranty after the first 90 days.

Warranty claims: Customers must provide proof of purchase, and the device's IMEI or serial number must match our sales records. Customers should back up personal data before warranty service. The warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid exposure, misuse, unauthorized repairs, or other exclusions on our Warranty & Protection page, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

2. Device holds / reservations

A hold reserves a device for 24 hours. Holds expire automatically if payment is not received within that window and the device returns to available inventory. Cellular Toy Shoppe is not liable for inventory changes or pricing errors.

3. Repairs

We will provide a quote before performing any repair beyond a basic diagnostic. You authorise the quoted repair when you approve the estimate. We are not responsible for pre-existing faults unrelated to the quoted repair, or for data loss. We strongly recommend backing up your device before any service.

4. Returns and exchanges

Used and refurbished phones are final sale and include warranty coverage as described above and on our warranty page. Accessories are final sale unless defective. Repairs include a 90-day parts and labour warranty. No refunds are provided for completed repair services. Warranty claims are subject to inspection; original packaging is not required.

5. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Alberta law, Cellular Toy Shoppe is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of products or services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the product or service in question.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Edmonton, Alberta.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
