Eligible repairs performed at Cellular Toy Shoppe include a 90-day limited warranty on parts and labour. Coverage applies only to the specific repair performed and excludes physical damage, liquid damage, misuse, and unrelated issues. Proof of purchase is required, and all claims are subject to technician inspection.

Every eligible used or refurbished phone includes a complimentary 90-day limited warranty covering qualifying mechanical and electrical defects under normal use.

Our optional extended warranty provides the same repair-or-replacement coverage as the complimentary 90-day warranty and extends total protection to 12 months from the original purchase date, including the first 90 days (not an additional 12 months afterward). It also includes separately advertised additional benefits.

Both warranties cover eligible mechanical and electrical defects under normal use, including charging port malfunctions, speaker and microphone hardware failures, internal hardware defects, and display failures not caused by physical damage. Verified battery defects may be covered under the complimentary 90-day warranty, subject to inspection. All claims are subject to inspection and verification.

Verified battery defects are covered during the initial 90-day warranty, subject to inspection. Normal battery degradation is excluded, and battery repairs or replacements are not covered under the extended warranty after the first 90 days.

Normal battery degradation, cracked screens, physical damage, liquid damage, cosmetic damage, normal wear and tear, misuse, unauthorized repairs, loss, theft, and software issues unrelated to covered hardware defects. Battery repairs or replacements after the first 90 days are not covered under the extended warranty.

If the same phone is unavailable, we may offer a comparable phone of equivalent value with customer approval.
